What is the Future Links, driven by Honda Junior Skills Challenge?

  • Junior golf program focused on developing key golf skills of driving, chipping and putting
  • Participants are ranked within four separate age categories: 8 and under, 9 to 11, 12 to 14 and 15 to 18
  • It includes a National Leaderboard where participants can check their rankings provincially or nationally
  • Scores from facility events will be used as qualifiers for the Junior Skills Challenge Provincial Qualifiers
  • Annual Junior Skills Challenge National Event, comprised of participants that achieved the highest scores nationally at the Provincial Qualifiers 

How do I get involved?

There are two ways of getting involved:

1.       Register with a Future Links Junior Skills Challenge Site

  • Golf Facilities across Canada are registered as Future Links Junior Skills Challenge sites
  • Once registered the site can run participants through a Junior Skills Challenge event (official set-up and scoring)
  • When registered with a Future Links event, you can review your scores on the National Leaderboard
  • You'll be able to communicate with your golf instructor for stats, schedules and more
  • Find an event near you and test your Skills!!

2.       Personal Practice Scoring

  • Develop your skills on your own time and track your progress with your very own personal practice scorecard
  • You can use this practice scorecard for any golf practice you do
  • This practice can be done almost anywhere; at a golf course or driving range or even in your backyard! 
  • You'll receive your very own personal login with access to your own secure and private access to log your putting, chipping and driving scores
